Had a great experience with Roto Rooter. First dealing with Brooke Lynn (totally guessing on spelling) was a treat in itself. She was very knowledgeable and professional. They had great extended hours for the working man like myself. Tech showed up 5 minutes early and was very kind and alert. The problem was diagnosed and then ALL the WARRANTY footwork was done by them. This is a POSITIVE review. I WILL definitely use them in the future. Thanks for ALL that you have done.
I scheduled service to have a toilet repair kit installed on 3 toilets. Basically replacing the lever, flapper, and the connecting pieces. All kits were bought by me at Home Depot for $20 each. I get no upfront pricing, but assuming $250 or so. When he gets here, he lets me know it will be $329 per toilet...so $987 for all 3. Are you crazy? So let him know that I am not interested. He then asks how much do I want to pay? I let him know I can do it myself, but didn't have some of the tools which I can go get. He asks again, how much do I want to pay? Nope. This is the first and last time using Roto-Rooter.
