This place is great. I used to fill at Walgreens or Wal Mart. They were constantly out of my medication. Lakeside has always had it for the past year now. I was told if they didn't have it... it would only take 24 hrs to come in! Other pharmacys would make me wait 4-7 days meanwhile I'm out of the meds. I recommend anybody who is fed up with their current pharmacy to try this place out. You won't regret it.
This pharmacy was the only pharmacy that carried the prescription I needed, which isn't rare, but it's controlled, and the 7 other pharmacies I had been to either didn't have it in stock or didn't have enough of it since it was a large amount. My doctor's office found out that they carried it at this pharmacy and asked me to call to confirm they had it before I drove out there. The female that answered the phone was condescending to me, and I was offended listening to the way she spoke to me. She was claiming that I didn't handle the other pharmacies correctly and that they were lying to me, but she would not listen to my explanation that I had the script in hand when I physically visited these 7 pharmacies. She made me feel stupid, even though the situation wouldn't have changed had she revisited the pharmacies herself. I was highly annoyed, and if I had another pharmacy to go to that I knew carried it, I would have.
We are so lucky to have Lakeside Pharmacy close by. Always fast, friendly and helpful. Pharmacists are always willing to talk with you and answer questions. I also use the home delivery service - love it!!! Highly recommend this pharmacy!!
Most professional and understanding pharmacy around. These guys are seriously amazing. Free Delivery is incredibly huge! Why would you go anywhere else? Also, I have had moments that I messed up and forgot to call in something, but they always say "No problem" and happily resolve my issues within moments. The staff is nothing but nice and I genuinely feel stupid for not using them years ago. Compounding Lab is VERY FAST and they always get it right. Nothing but awesome things to say about these guys! Thank you for being so awesome!
I have been using this place for years and am always treated like family. I think after my second or third visit they knew who I was and would use my name when greeting me the next time I came in. I don't know how they do it but it's nice. They are always helpful and willing to help any way they can. I would recommend them highly to everyone.
When I went to the pharmacy, the only person that was even remotely nice was the woman that checked out my purchase. Everyone else seemed too rushed to be friendly. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 is because they got my prescription ready within 5 minutes of me being there. Unless I need a script that isn't available everywhere, I probably won't go back here.
