Very clean theater. There have been updates made under new ownership. Staff was friendly and polite. Good mix of new releases, Indy and Bali movies.
Went to go see the Pokémon showing at 1 pm on Sunday afternoon with my husband and Kids. Didn’t offer children tickets so paid $13 a person. Got to the movie and they left the lights on for about 15 minutes. Finally told someone that they were on, they turned them off. Then right before the title sequence the music soundtrack cut out and so did the vocal audio. I got up and told someone right away and they got someone into the booth to rewind the movie and only got the audio track to play. This continued for another 25 minutes and then I left the theatre. Not once did an employee come in and address the theatre to let everyone know that they were aware of the situation or that they were going to fix it. Employees were just lackadaisical and didn’t seem to care that we were experiencing issues in the theatre. I have experienced issues at movie theatres before and have been issued free passes or at least been addressed that they knew there was an issue and that they were fixing it. Very unprofessional. You would think they would test the movie before having a one time only showing to work out all the kinks? �
Basic honest community movie house. Carmine has done good, hopefully will do well. Ambitious plans to show Royal Opera & Royal Ballet. Already festures Indian cinema, reflecting community diversity. Recommended.
Love their Tuesday specials on tickets and concessions - makes movie going affordable! Popcorn quality could be better. Sometimes tastes old.
Great Value for families. Prices for concessions and tickets are reasonable. Only downside is Below average screen quality and Sound.
