This location is absolutely fantastic. I just got an order in SEVEN MINUTES. I hadn't even stood up from the computer yet to let the front desk know I'd ordered, and the food had arrived. This place has saved me on a long shift on more than one occasion, including one instance where the manager drove me my food after closing because the driver had left already. The customer service is amazing, and the food is great.
My wife and just checked in to a local campground last night. We got in late and it was too late for cooking. As we were not from this area, we were excited to learn that they had a Jimmy Johns. We never had a bad sandwich from any Jimmy Johns anywhere until last night. I am reasonably certain that the bread was a week old. OK, maybe not that old but I was lucky I did not chip a tooth. Come on guys! You need to step up your game. This is exactly why we used to love you! "Fresh" ingredients. Now lets get this fixed and lets make Jimmy Johns great again!
This was one of my fiancé and I’s favorite places, until recently. This location has tremendously declined in service as well as speed. I use to be in and out within 3 min. Not even an exaggeration. Now I’m lucky to be out of drive thru within 10min. Not to indclude the poorly made sandwiches now. The customer service lately has been ridiculous. The ladies here are very very rude. The only crew/staff here that is never rude, is the black gentleman with dreads, obviously the store could use more employees like him. So props to him for him being the main reason I return for lunch everyday/every other day.
Called in to see if they would deliver to my place of work. I called and they said yes we will deliver to your location after providing my address. I said awesome and placed my order to be delivered and paid over the phone. I then receive a call saying they do not deliver this far out anymore. I was confused because someone just told me they did. I said well I guess I will come pick it up. I get there and they say it is $8 and some change. I said no, I already paid for this order. They voided my previous payment and I paid again at the register. I get it mistakes happen. My problem with the experience was there was no empathy at my inconvenience. Jimmy Johns has mediocre subs but I pay for the convenience not so much the taste or quality. Not a single person apologized for any inconvenience. I don't want anything free, but a simple apology would have sufficed. This place is extremely confused on service if this is the best they have to offer.
On several occasions this location has been out of sub rolls - how does this happen? it's kinda of what Jimmy John's does, isn't it? I've never been to another location that's had this problem at anytime of the day or night. 15/20 minutes waiting for bread to bake is not freaky fast.
