Excellent. We had a Lady named Susan help us in the lawn and garden she had just moved here from Pennsylvania to be near her son. She was very patient with us and very knowledgeable. This was definitely not one of those times that you find yourself looking for an associate to help you. Thank you for your help Susan and very good job to Lowes of Cumming.

Very good visit brought 3 new tall toliets for my house who wants to Squat that low I dont. Lol lol
Lost buggy, couldn,t find it. Had pattern wood l needed to get cut in it. Never found it. Boy I'm in big trouble .not much help to find it . so I had to buy a whole board. No help to load it was a real bad day.
Waited 45 minutes for a toolbox to come off the shelf overhead. Larry said he could not find another employee to sit it down. Lots of employees but no one could help Larry with it. Tried Customer Services and they appeared to have some sort of social gathering going but still no one to help. Plenty of apologies by 5 or 6 people but no toolbox. Had to give up and leave. Location would be a good place for a Home Depot.
