Not only is the work product top notch, but their flexibility in working around our crazy schedule is the kind of story legends are made of. Through no fault of Bear Mountain’s, our remodel of our master bath did not go as planned and Jared stepped right in to help us formulate a strategy that would minimize disruption for us all. That was appreciated more than I think I was able to express!
This was our first project with Bear Mountain, and we were very impressed. The courtesy of the appraiser, their attention to detail, the timeliness of the staff was great. The project was completed on time, and the quality was very good.
Happy from start to finish. Salesman was polite and followed up when he said he would. Crew was friendly to all family members and appeared to work hard the entire time they were here. They even changed out light bulbs and replaced a light fixture with a new one that we purchased.

Bear Mountain has been a shining star in an otherwise world of lackluster performers. If I didn’t know any better, I would say I was cursed and prohibited by the universe at large from finding honest, reliable and skilled people to do the work I can’t or shouldn’t do myself.
Owner seemed to be genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. He came by to explain things, review some window replacement options (that we initiated - nothing forced on us), and called to check on the status during the painting. We had a lime-wash on the brick, which isn't something many painters are willing to do. We're especially happy with the job they did on the brick and have received numerous compliments. Overall a great experience and have/would recommend them.
In closing, the company I work for specializes in customer service and sales training/consulting so we know great service! Bear Mountain is a company that is not in need of our services. They do things in manner that I would consider a template for others to follow!

Bear Mountain was timely in responding to my request for a painting quote. I contracted Bear Mountain to stain the cedar shake on my house plus my driveway. The painting crew did an excellent job of power washing prior to staining and then completing the job. The crew was very professional. I will plan to use Bear Mountain again.
