Nice people inside, unfortunately I broke the television I purchased from them BUT when I called to see what I could do they told me they would work with me and reduce the price on the damaged tv and put me in a New one. Payments restarted but at least ill have a tv and wont be paying for a broken one.
Have purchased 3 things from them. When I was going to miss a payment I called and arranged a later date due to unexpected expenses. They charged the late fee of only 5 dollars but worked with me. Very courteous and helpful staff. I also leased a phone and the price said one thing and when I got it they said the price on the phone went down. Very honest there.
They assume everyone is going to take the furniture so they call your references the minute you rent something. That was quite embarrassing for me to have my relatives and friends inconvenienced by having to answer questions about me. Then, when you want to return the item, they avoid your call. The 4 hour pick up window turned into an 8 hour day of waiting at home despite calling the store numerous times to find out where the drivers were. If you have good credit and class, I suggest you stay away from this place. It's not used to dealing with people like us.
