Beautiful and elegant arrangements and not your typical stiff and structured FTD Florist look. Customer service is very friendly and cheerful. Once, when they broke a prized vase of mine they came through like champs and replaced my vase at their own cost and trouble. Not everyone would have done this and I appreciated them making it right for me. They care.

The ladies here are very helpful. They make excellent recommendations. There are lots of nice gift ideas for anyone. I purchased a ponytail palm for a friend at their recommendation and it was very well received. I went back a couple weeks later for another one as a gift. I also purchased some unique socks for my husband for his birthday. He appreciated them. When I need something for a thoughtful gift I always think of Funky Mountain.
Absolutely the best around, I received my first bouquet from a customer of mine, from then on out i told my fiancé there are no other flowers i want, these are absolutely beautiful and unique! They last long too! one lasted over a week, I had one bouquet that started to wilt after one day, however i called and let them know and the next day they gladly replaced and delivered it! BEST customer service! i will forever be a loyal customer!
Unfortunately the result of what you get is not up to par. The price vs. the actual amount of flowers per arrangement is very disappointing. When ordering from this florist, be very specific about what you want your arrangement to look like. I spent $65.00 on an arrangement with only 4 decent flowers and greenery. I would have come out better by ordering from 1-800-Flowers, but was trying to stay local and support a small business.
