I don't know if these other reviews are real. Surprised to be writing this as the others seem to be very positive. Someone came to my house we discussed the job and I was told they would write up a quote. Day 5 and I have yet to hear anything. I went with a competitor that actually found the time to give me a quote and do the work. Hate to leave a bad review, but don't want someone else wasting their time like I did.
I had one bedroom that had electrical issues. Only one out of four outlets was safe to use. Arc Angel techs came to evaluate and gave a very reasonable rate to fix the issues. I agreed with their price quote and they began work right then. They were very friendly and professional. Did the job quickly and I have not had any electrical issues with that room since, that was about 3 years ago . I would definitely call them again if I need electrical work done.
We had some electrical issues in our home, and asked for recommendations on our neighborhood Facebook page. I was referred to Arc Angel by many of my neighbors, so I called and made an appointment. The owners picked up the phone and scheduled the appointment, and the technician named Jake showed up exactly at the scheduled time. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and even took the time to explain our issues as well as the solution to our problem. The customer service from my initial call through the actual visit was just over the top! Fortunately our issue was resolved within the hour, and I'm a very happy customer. I'd strongly recommend Arc Angel to anyone that has an electrical issue! Thanks to Jake for going above and beyond!
Skilled, honest, courteous and fair rates. Have used Arc Angel twice and I will use no others. Both calls were because of problems - one due to bad original wiring the other due to varmits in the attic chewing on wires. Both times the diagnosis was fast and accurate and not puffed up with fake expenses. They are the best! Had a whole new panel installed most recently and they were so patient as I asked questions and didn't mind that I watched some of the work. So thankful for honest companies - so hard to find.
Justin and James are two of the most professional people I've worked with in any profession. I'm thoroughly impressed with their ability to both manage and level-set expectations (and talk me through them), identify my options (including any hare-brained schemes I may have concocted) and then follow through on the discussed plan. It speaks volumes that they are men of their word, doing what they say, when they say and going above and beyond to make sure I'm happy afterwards.
