I had a wonderful experience ALL AROUND! Megan was so sweet, she greeted me right away with a bright smile and sincere kindness! She made sure all my questions were answered right when I walked in. I highly recommend coming to this office for a birth certificate or any other probate needs!
I went on wednesday for my baby passport so far my best experience in any govt office , hardly any people and could able to finish everything on 5-10 min.The lady was very cooridal and asked parents passport and baby birth certificate. She asked us to pay by MO or Cheque and we are done.

Went here for passports for both of out children today, and got there inside of their last hour, prior to closing, expecting to be turned away. They were busy, but were still moving as fast as they could. We had a great experience here and the staff was very courteous. Glad to have them around for passport applications, as an alternative to the USPS location, down the road. The USPS location turned away everyone after giving first 35 numbers, citing they had 'one clerk' on staff to handle today's passport applicants. This was aroud 10:15 am.
