Update, Its been several days now and I haven't heard anything back from the manager, that just goes to show you the way there customer service works; and how they treat there out of town shoppers.
This store was really clean and well organizes. You would think all stores would be equal but that is not what I have seen with other Gymborees around town.
Horrible Customerservice, called 800 number to report racist remarks by manager and worker conversation never got a call back or anything from upper management.
This place is horrible and filled with dishonest people. My mother was shopping there the other day and had left a small shopping bag filled with products she had just purchased from the spa at the register. The next day I had a friend go over to the store and she was told by a person who worked there that they had found the bag of products and had set it aside. However, when the employee went to find they bag they could not. Which places the greater question of what happened to it? Why tell someone you found something and have it set aside when it ‘magically’ disappears? It makes me feel that during the time, from when the products where found and then re-lost that someone working for the store took them, where else could they have gone? They were found and there was verbal confirmation on that, but now they are gone – lost in the care of the store. The whole thing is very sketchy and smells fishy and makes me think that Gymboree is filled with and employing dishonest people who steal and lie. DON’T go to this store you may never see your belongings AGAIN!!!
