We had our son's bday party there and it was awesome. We got a dedicated party host who was there to help us every step of the way. Lindsey Smith (party host) from the get go explained the whole schedule, took our orders for food, brought the food out promptly, guided the kids through all the activities and took care of all the kids. We just had to sit back and relax. Kids had tons of fun and so did we! Definitely going back there again to celebrate or for regular family fun nights.
Have loved coming here but the past two times we have had issues with the lanes and they weren't resolved. I came with my daughter today and we quit 7 frames in our two games because they never fixed the bumpers. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my daughter enjoyed the arcade area.
My son just had his birthday party there for the second time in a row and it was awesome! Everything was organized and Haley, our party planner, did a wonderful job!
My son had his Birthday here and he said it was the best Birthday ever! Our hostess was amazing and handled all the children so well. Will definitely be back to this location for family fun and think about booking another party.
We came with family and ordered food as soon as we got lane it took an hour for them to bring our food in parts waited for a burger longer. Went and canceled burger after 1 hour and 15 minutes the they come with burger. I turned it away because I had already canceled it. Spent over $200 in food and bowling for a family of 7 will never come back to this place. My daughter was going to order dessert I told her not too it will take too long. Really disappointed Rather go spend my money somewhere else. Lesson learned!
