Just got my bike back from them after they did cleanup/tune-up on it. Simply amazing. Shifts like new, brakes are perfect, perfectly clean......just amazing. They finished it earlier than they said by 2 days. They called to tell me that it was just completed just before they were about to close. They stayed open for 10 minutes for me to run up and get it. Great Bike Shop for just about any bike need. I have had service done at Reality Bikes and they are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The price for service and repairs just cannot be beat. Every time I get service on my bike I am pleased with the work. Just bought new tires from them today, my third set. Mike helped me pick out the right tire and tube for how and where I am riding. Just can't say enough nice things about them, Just Go, you'll see.
